1. OPA/CPA- Boarding

Appointed by either vessel owner/operator or charterer to look after and protect their interest.

2. Husbandry Agent

Appointed for a service call, bunker call, dry docking, crew changes, procurement etc

3. OPA/CPA- Non-boarding

Appointed as the “Controlling Office” towards a state terminal agent and we control the customer relationship, including pricing, FDA submission and funding. Unable to board vessel due to restrictions from terminal- Mainly on hydrocarbon vessel.

4. Full Agent

Directly appointed and is responsible for registering the vessels with all concerned stake holders, i.e. Port authorities, immigration, customs, shipper/receiver, etc.

5. Ships Agency

Full Port Agent, Owners Protective Agent, Charterers Protective Agent, Cargo Agency or a Husbandry Agent

6. Cargo Related Services

Providing port authorized stevedoring services., Cargo Clearance, Cargo Operation Supervision and Transportation.

7. Ship Husbandry Services

Launch & Boat services, CTM, ship spares, supplies, and provisions, bunkers, rental of MHE, Marine SurveyorsInspection, Loss Adjustors and P&I Club Services.

8. Crew Related Services

Crew Changes, Crew Transport, Crew Medical and Certification.
