Elegancia Facilities Management provides daily cleaning services to a wide range of clients across numerous sectors. Directly employed cleaning, supervisory and management staff operate throughout our contract locations in premises that include office environments, Government buildings, medical facilities, manufacturing environments, residential towers and villas, VVIP buildings and Malls. Our staff are fully trained in our British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc), accredited Training Academy that is designed to take a complete novice from a part-time cleaner, through management level. We provide our staff with best in class equipment, materials, machinery and workwear to ensure that how they work and the standards they deliver are representative of not only the company’s expectations but also those of our valued Clients.

Internal and external window and fabric cleaning is self-delivered via our Facade Cleaning division. All directly employed members are fully rope trained and experienced in using all manner of building cradles, MEWP’s, water fed pole systems and traditional window cleaning methods. We have experience cleaning large internal atriums, scenic and enclosed lift shafts and accessing hard to reach areas through rope access methods.

There are numerous members of our directly employed team members that are trained to deliver more than just your average day to day cleaning. Those that show the desire to learn new skills are trained in a suite of deep cleaning methods and then when periodic deep cleaning is required by existing our ‘one-off’ customers, we can dispatch a team of trusted, well-trained staff to deliver:
