Muhammad Shahid Razzaq is a senior enterprise leader responsible for governance, enterprise risk oversight, and independent assurance across Estithmar Holding’s diversified global portfolio. Reporting to the Audit & Risk Committee, he provides Board-level assurance on risk resilience, financial stewardship, regulatory alignment, and control integrity.

Since joining the Group in 2024, he has strengthened the integration of audit, risk, and compliance into a strategic platform that enhances transparency, capital discipline, and performance accountability across more than 70 operating entities.

With over 20 years of international leadership experience spanning banking, investment, construction, healthcare, and advisory sectors, including roles at Westpac, ARJ Holding, Abu Dhabi Ship Building, KPMG and BDO, he brings a distinctive ability to align governance with commercial ambition.

A Fellow Member of ICAP and Member of CA ANZ, Mr. Razzaq is recognized for embedding disciplined oversight while enabling sustainable growth and long-term enterprise value creation.
