Before joining Estithmar Holding, Eng. Al-Sadah held several executive roles, serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Business Development Officer at Vodafone Qatar, as well as Chief Executive Officer of Hasad Food Company. He also played a significant role at the Qatar Investment Authority, holding various senior positions.

Eng. Al-Sadah holds an Engineering degree from the University of Arizona, USA. His leadership extends to board roles, having previously served as Chairman of Widam Food and Vice Chairman of Baladna Food Industries Co. He currently sits on the boards of Qatar Development Bank and Al-Hosn Investment Company.

Mr. Walid Shalan is an accomplished Corporate Finance Executive. He has been a key member of Power International Holding as an Executive Director, Group Corporate Finance, Investment and Financial Planning. His strong leadership record led to improved financial performance, productivity, enhanced internal controls, and robust risk management within the group.

His experience spans for over 15 years in the GCC and the Middle East Region, he successfully led IPO, Sukuk issuance, Private placement, M&A, REIT, Reversed Acquisition, PPP mega projects, turnaround, and debt portfolio restructuring. He also possesses solid experience in the following sectors: Real Estate Development, Contracting, City Operations, Facility Management, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Hospitality, Entertainment, and Banking.

Mr. Abd Almunem Al Sakka brings over two decades of extensive experience in senior leadership roles within Service companies, Construction, and Logistics across the Middle East. He boasts a distinguished track record of achieving revenue and profitability objectives through his forward-thinking and motivational leadership style. As a result-oriented executive, he has demonstrated exceptional expertise in Operational Management and the development of business processes, with a particular focus on Trading and Contracting. Mr. Al-Sakka, currently serving as the visionary Cluster Chief Executive Officer at Elegancia Services, exemplifies a deep passion for excellence and an unwavering commitment to the company's mission and core values. Mr. Josepth Hazel is a seasoned leader in the Healthcare industry, with 30 years' C- suite experience across various geographical areas ranging from Africa, Europe, the UK, and the Middle East. Mr. Hazel joined Apex Health to lead and grow the portfolio across the region. Previously, he spent nearly 7 years at Mediclinic Middle East as Chief Operating Officer for the Abu Dhabi Emirate.  Mr. Hazel is completing his MSc in Healthcare Economics, Policy, and Management with (London School of Economics). Holds an MBA and Diploma in Management (Open University); certificates in Managing Healthcare Delivery and Strategy Execution (Harvard Business School); and completed director training (Institute of Directors) and leadership training (Officer British Army, Sandhurst). 

Eng. Eyad El Khorebi is an accomplished leader with over 24 years of experience in driving operational excellence and managing cross-functional teams as a COO in one of the top leading contracting firms in the MENA region. Eng. El Khorebi oversaw strategic initiatives, developed and implemented strategic plans, and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements and operations. Eng. El Khorebi has a proven track record of analyzing project performance metrics and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities. Additionally, Eng. El Khorebi is skilled in establishing and overseeing crucial departments, including tendering, planning and cost control, contracts, procurement, health and safety, quality assurance/quality control, and technical office functions.

El Khorebi holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Applied Science University in Jordan, brings strategic leadership that has made substantial contributions to accomplishments in the construction sector, affiliated companies, and the wider industry. Mr. Marwan Dimas is a results-driven strategic leader with over 30 years of experience in marketing communication, sales, and strategic management. As the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at Estithmar Holding, he has successfully led IPO communications, facilitated acquisitions, and driven ESG initiatives for prominent companies in the GCC region. Mr. Dimas specializes in digital transformations, brand revitalization, and revenue generation. Mr. Riyad Al Sowaity is a strategic HR professional with over 20 years of HR leadership experience across international markets and extensive knowledge of local labor laws. His experience spans across various industries, including construction, infrastructure, healthcare and hospitality. Holding an MBA and a law degree, Mr. Al Sowaity aligns HR functions with organizational goals to foster high employee morale and ensure efficient HR processes. In his current role as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at Estithmar Holding, Mr. Al Sowaity is supporting the company in translating its strategic vision into business plans while building competent teams and managing company budget. His expertise in HR policies, legal compliance, and employee development is significantly contributing to organizational success.

Mrs. Sanaa Daakour joined Estithmar Holding in February 2020 as Head of Legal. She has been providing a full-scale legal support to Estithmar and its subsidiaries since then. Prior to joining Estithmar, Mrs. Daakour worked as Senior Legal Advisor at Qatar Development Bank and Al Jaidah Group where she gained extensive experience in Qatari Laws. Prior to that, Mrs. Daakour was a practicing lawyer, member of Beirut Bar Association in Lebanon and partner in Mena City Lawyers (Lebanon). Mrs Daakour has years of professional experience in handling commercial transactions, corporate structuring, and different types of legal cases through her career as a Lawyer and Legal Advisor. Mrs. Daakour holds a Bachelor degree in Law from Beirut Arab University in Lebanon.

Dr. Ahmad Al Zaatari boasts over 25 years of experience as a healthcare executive, having held various leadership positions such as CMO, COO, and CEO in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. Additionally, he is an accomplished Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with 28 years of expertise in the field.

Dr. Al Zaatari earned his MD and underwent surgical training at the American University of Beirut. He furthered his education with a fellowship at New York University in the USA. His academic background also includes a degree in mathematics and a Master’s degree in Public Health and Hospital Management from the Ecole Superieur des Affaires.

Throughout his career, Dr. Al Zaatari gained experience in Quality management and auditing, Clinical informatics, Hospital process streamlining, Operations management and Hospital Governance. His contributions extend beyond clinical practice. Dr. Al Zaatari has served as a board member and shareholder at Hammoud Hospital University Medical Center. He was also the President of the Lebanon Chapter of the American College of Surgeons. Furthermore, he held the position of Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at the Beirut Arab University. Notably, Dr. Al Zaatari chaired both the ethics committee and the Institutional Review Board (IRB) at HHUMC. 

In January 2021, he joined Elegancia Healthcare and EWS Management Consultancy and Medical Agency in Doha, Qatar, initially as a consultant. His role evolved to that of COO and eventually CEO.

Mr. Ahmad El Zeftawy is a seasoned HR executive with over 25 years of experience across multinational, semi-governmental, and family-owned businesses. Since joining Apex Health as Chief Human Resources Officer in 2023, he has been instrumental in driving HR digital transformation, enhancing talent retention strategies, and implementing innovative employee development programs that have strengthened organizational performance and employee engagement.

Dr. Zoltan Varga is the Chief Medical Officer at Apex Health, leading the organization’s medical and clinical strategy across seven hospitals in four countries. With over 35 years of experience spanning the USA, Europe, the UK, and Australasia, he brings deep expertise in healthcare operations, M&A, PPP contracts, health insurance, and policy development.

Dr. Varga holds an MBA and a Master’s in Hospital Administration from the University of Minnesota, along with diplomas in Public Administration (France) and Industrial Health (New Zealand). A Semmelweis University graduate, he has held key advisory roles, including with the UK’s CSSD and the Jersey Government’s Risk and Audit Board.
