Mr. Hazel joined Apex Health to lead and grow the portfolio across the region. Previously, he spent nearly 7 years at Mediclinic Middle East as Chief Operating Officer for the Abu Dhabi Emirate.  Mr. Hazel is completing his MSc in Healthcare Economics, Policy, and Management with (London School of Economics). Holds an MBA and Diploma in Management (Open University); certificates in Managing Healthcare Delivery and Strategy Execution (Harvard Business School); and completed director training (Institute of Directors) and leadership training (Officer British Army, Sandhurst).

Mrs. Sanaa Daakour

Mrs. Sanaa Daakour joined Estithmar Holding in February 2020 as Head of Legal. She has been providing a full-scale legal support to Estithmar and its subsidiaries since then. Prior to joining Estithmar, Mrs. Daakour worked as Senior Legal Advisor at Qatar Development Bank and Al Jaidah Group where she gained extensive experience in Qatari Laws. Prior to that, Mrs. Daakour was a practicing lawyer, member of Beirut Bar Association in Lebanon and partner in Mena City Lawyers (Lebanon). Mrs Daakour has years of professional experience in handling commercial transactions, corporate structuring, and different types of legal cases through her career as a Lawyer and Legal Advisor. Mrs. Daakour holds a Bachelor degree in Law from Beirut Arab University in Lebanon.

Dr. Ahmad Al Zaatari

Throughout his career, Dr. Al Zaatari gained experience in Quality management and auditing, Clinical informatics, Hospital process streamlining, Operations management and Hospital Governance. His contributions extend beyond clinical practice. Dr. Al Zaatari has served as a board member and shareholder at Hammoud Hospital University Medical Center. He was also the President of the Lebanon Chapter of the American College of Surgeons. Furthermore, he held the position of Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at the Beirut Arab University. Notably, Dr. Al Zaatari chaired both the ethics committee and the Institutional Review Board (IRB) at HHUMC. 

In January 2021, he joined Elegancia Healthcare and EWS Management Consultancy and Medical Agency in Doha, Qatar, initially as a consultant. His role evolved to that of COO and eventually CEO.

Mr. Souheil Nasrallah

General Manager - Elegancia Landscape & Water Solutions

Souheil Nasrallah is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in mechanical engineering and water solutions. He currently serves as General Manager at Elegancia Landscape & Water Solutions W.L.L. and Elegancia Water Solutions W.L.L. – Qatar (formerly Palmera Landscape and Watermaster Qatar). He has played a key role in driving business growth, operational efficiency, and strategic realignment across both entities.

Since joining Watermaster in 2005, Souheil has advanced through several senior roles, including Operations Manager, Deputy General Manager of Operations, and Acting General Manager. In 2020, he was appointed General Manager of Elegancia Water Solutions, where he led the company through a major transformation and rebranding phase.

Souheil’s expertise spans project execution, financial management, business development, and team leadership. He is adept at aligning operational performance with strategic objectives and implementing governance frameworks and systems that improve outcomes.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering from the Lebanese University in Beirut and is certified as a Grade A Mechanical Engineer by Qatar’s Urban Planning and Development Authority (UPDA).
