Cluster Chief Financial Officer

Yasser Abbas is a seasoned finance executive with over 20 years of experience across the construction, trading, manpower, accommodations, PMV, facilities management, catering, and service sectors in Qatar, the UAE, and Egypt. As Cluster CFO at Elegancia Services, he oversees the financial strategy and operations for a diverse portfolio of companies, including Elegancia Resources, Elegancia Gabro, Elegancia Catering, Elegancia Facilities Management, Elegancia Arabia LTD-KSA, Elegancia FM IRAQ, and Elegancia Marine.

Mr. Abbas has been instrumental in driving organizational growth, implementing strong financial controls, and optimizing cash flows across complex business environments. He has led the successful deployment of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, and Microsoft Dynamics, enabling efficient financial integration across various operational models.

Before joining Estithmar Holding, he held senior finance leadership roles at Challenger Trading & Contracting, Al Khayyat Contracting & Trading, and IMECO. His early career included auditing roles in several firms and a financial controller position with the Egyptian Ministry of Finance, providing a solid foundation in fiscal governance and regulatory compliance.
