Mr. Moutaz Al Khayyat, the Chairman of Estithmar Holding, is a Qatari entrepreneur and businessman he is also the Founding Chairman of Power International Holding (PIH).

 PIH is a global multi-billion-dollar conglomerate operating across key industries, including Oil and Gas, Energy and Utilities, Contracting, Real Estate, Healthcare, Agriculture, Food Industries, Hospitality, and Entertainment. A graduate of the University of the West of Scotland, Moutaz’s leadership has been instrumental in shaping the group's strategic direction and driving its expansion into 19 countries. Ramez Al Khayyat is the Vice Chairman and President of Estithmar Holding. A Qatari businessman and entrepreneur, he is also the President & Group CEO of Power International Holding (PIH).

Mr. Khalid is a board member of Estithmar Holding since 2008. Mr. Khalid is a retired Officer in the Qatari Ministry of Interior. He is also a businessman and graduated from the Durham University College in England with a Bachelor's degree in Police Sciences.

Mr. Hamad is a board member of Estithmar Holding since 2008. Mr. Hamad is a former Officer at the Qatari Armed Forces from 2000 till 2006 as well as at the Qatari Police. Additionally, Mr. Hamad worked at Emiri Diwan of the State of Qatar. He graduated in 2000 from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst England with a Diploma in Military Science.

Vice Chairman of Qatar Sports Club which is a sports club based in Doha, Qatar and founded in 1961. Among other sports, QSC is best known for its football team which competes in the Qatar Stars League. The club has strongly contributed to the growth of Qatar football and is located in Al Dafna area.

 Sheikh Suhaim holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing - Arab Academy of Sciences – Egypt and Master's degree in Business Administration- University of Plymouth - United Kingdom.

Chairman of Al Wessil Holding,  a diversified Qatari holding company, handling a multibillion dollar portfolio, specialized in Mega developments, in Qatar such as ECQ and West Walk, and owning a multi activities portfolio in hospitality, finance, IT infrastructure and Business Centers. Its operations are mainly in Qatar and Gulf region as well as a portfolio of assets in Europe through its related entities.

Mr. Abdulla holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Northampton University - United Kingdom and a Diploma in Business Administration from North Atlantic College.

Dr. Bothaina Al Ansari holds a PhD in Business Administration from Nottingham Trent University - United Kingdom, she holds a master's degree in business administration - Qatar University, she holds a master's degree in strategic planning - the American University - Cairo - the Arab Republic of Egypt, Graduated from Qatar Leadership Center - Executive Program, adviser to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Just State Real Estate Company, Member of the Association to Promote the Role of Women in the Technological Sector - Hillary Clinton Initiative, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Graduates in Qatar and Secretary of the Fund, Vice President of the Association of MBA Alumni - Qatar University, Honorary Ambassador of the Qatar Cancer Society, she was awarded the title of 'Business Woman of the Year 2011' - Entrepreneur magazine.

Mr. Ibrahim Abdulla Al Abdulla holds BA from the College of Science - Qatar University, Director of the Regional Human Resources Offices at Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company,Member of the Board of Directors of Granada Trading Company, Board Member of Lighting Design Company (LDC), Advisor to Gulf Islamic Investment Company (Dubai)

Mr. Eyad Abdulrahim brings over 25 years of experience in leading Finance departments in the region. He has led major publicly listed companies and family business finance departments and has also assumed board and top management positions within. He has also performed on major regional and international boards of directors. Mr. Eyad has worked with some of the major institutions within the Middle East and GCC including Emaar, The Economic City, Al Futtaim Group Real Estate, Dubai Properties Group, Arabtec Holding, DEPA LTD, Standard Chartered Bank, and Arab Bank. He has led several IPOs in the region in addition to major restructuring, complex money market transactions, and growth responsibilities within his career.

Eyad is a well-proven leader within the Finance community in the MENA area and the GCC in particular. He holds an MBA degree from UOWD and a degree in Accounting and Finance.

Mr. Khaled Zi Alnon is a distinguished executive leader with a proven track record in business strategy, operations, problem-solving, and risk management. He currently serves as the Group Chief Governance Officer at Power International Holding, a dynamic international conglomerate based in Qatar. Mr. Zi Alnon has extensive experience in governance, compliance, and supply chain management, along with proven expertise in corporate policy management, delegation of authority, and business process engineering.

Throughout his career, he has held significant roles, including Group Chief Supply Chain Officer, General Manager - New Ventures, General Manager - Supply Chain, and Procurement Director. Mr. Zi Alnon commenced his career in Italy in international trade and moved to Qatar in 2017 as the Procurement Director at Baladna QPSC, where he played a pivotal role in the company's initial success. He then progressed to lead the Supply Chain Department as a General Manager, managing the end-to-end supply chain process. Subsequently, he took on the role of General Manager for the New Ventures Department, spearheading business diversification and expansion in Qatar and the international market. In terms of board involvement, Mr. Zi Alnon serves on the Board of Directors for Estithmar Holding QPSC and other Private owned companies.

Mr. Mohamad Mohamad Sadiq Al-Dawamaneh holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering - Geotechnical Engineering - College of Civil Engineering Business Development Manager for Power International Holdings.
He represents Highness Holding Company WLL, a Qatari limited
liability company and its most important activities are to participate in the
management of companies and provide support to its subsidiaries.
