Abdul Hakkim is an accomplished operations and construction executive with over 20 years of experience in the construction and MEP sectors across the Middle East and international markets. He currently serves as Area Managing Director at Elegancia Group, overseeing operations across Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the Maldives, Seychelles, and Iraq.
Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles including General Manager at Elegancia MEP, where he led large-scale mechanical and MEP operations, and Mechanical Manager at Urbacon Contracting & Trading. His expertise spans construction management, mechanical engineering, project estimation, commissioning, and operational delivery of complex projects.
Abdul began his career in technical and site-based roles, progressively advancing into executive leadership positions with full responsibility for project execution, operational performance, and cross-border team management.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Crescent Engineering College, Chennai, and is recognized for his strong technical foundation combined with strategic operational leadership in delivering high-value construction projects.
