Rashid Sheikh is a senior enterprise finance and investment executive with over 30 years of experience driving institutional value creation across sovereign-linked platforms, listed conglomerates, and multi-asset investment groups spanning MENA and international markets.
Currently serving as Holding Chief Financial Officer at Estithmar Holding Q.P.S.C., Rashid brings deep expertise in capital strategy, portfolio optimization, treasury, and enterprise governance across complex, multi-sector holding structures. His appointment marks a significant addition to Estithmar’s senior leadership as the group accelerates its growth and capital markets agenda.
Prior to joining Estithmar, Rashid served as Group CFO at EIH Ethmar International Holding PJSC, where he directed seven strategic acquisitions expanding group assets by approximately $600 million and doubling profitability. Before that, he co-founded a $2 billion renewable energy investment platform with Siemens at Desert Technologies, supporting international expansion into new markets. As Group Treasurer and Head of Corporate Finance at Dubai World, a sovereign investment conglomerate managing over $100 billion in assets, he mobilized more than $15 billion across global capital markets, syndicated financing, sukuk, and restructuring programs.
