Estithmar Holding organized a Leadership Strategy Workshop on August 13, 2022 at Al Rayyan Hotel in collaboration with CCM Consultancy.
To maximize effectiveness, the strategic workshop was customized to the overall organization and encompasses the different industries of the 47 companies under the Holding. The workshop was designed to be highly interactive and immediately applicable; employees used their strategic management skills to begin formulating their own strategic plans during the learning experience. CCM Consultancy’s Managing Partner Mr. Edward Matti delivered a keynote speech on Elevating Our Strategy and shared the 6 critical factors to success that included his famed Duck Factor on what it takes to continually impress and delight customers. A well-defined business strategy is vital for success. It’s broad in scope, future-focused and change-oriented.
