The Military Medical City (MMC) West of Doha is a state-of-the-art healthcare and wellness hub designed to integrate Health, Community, Education, and Wellness in one location. Spread across 77 hectares, the city includes a world-class hospital, research centers, residential and commercial areas, sports and rehabilitation facilities, a health museum, a library, a mosque, a hotel, and a wellness center.
The MMC Hospital, initially a general hospital with 126 in-patient beds, will expand to a 400-bed referral tertiary medical center, serving approximately 250,000 people. It offers advanced inpatient and outpatient services, intensive care, emergency care, and a modern diagnostic center.
Dedicated to active and retired military personnel, their families, and civilians from key national sectors, the MMC reflects the Ministry of Defence's commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare aligned with international standards and Qatar’s public health strategy.
